AMBLE RIDGE SALES MOVING FORWARD AT A WONDERFUL PACE:

Due to our recent record sales, our estate is a hive of activity, with a large number of homes currently under construction with completion and occupation due in the next few months. We still have some beautiful sites available and we welcome you to come see for yourselves. Our Sales Office is open Monday to Fridays 8am-4pm and on Weekends 10am -4pm. Our sales team, Lorraine and Grace, would love to show you around the estate in our newly acquired golf cart.

CLUB HOUSE:

Our function hall within the Club House has been completed and is a luxurious addition. The lawns surrounding the Club House are looking beautiful and all the landscaping efforts of our team is really paying off. The physiotherapist has moved into her rooms here and the Hydrotherapy classes, which have been taking place twice weekly within our indoor heated pool , have been extremely well attended. We have various classes on the go, such as Tai Chi, Pilates, Water Aerobics and Yogacise. We have also hosted the PSG Company and the Knysna Private Hospital for breakfasts and presentations in our function hall.

COFFEE SHOP:

We are very happy to have Betsy Ann Gordon, running our coffee shop and serving up delicious lunches, cakes and coffees. Our coffee shop is open Monday to Saturday from 10am- 4pm. To find out more or to make a booking please contact Betsy Ann on 0723361139

SECURITY ON THE ESTATE:

We are proud to announce that we have kept up a flawless record in this regard. We have 24 hour manned security and a very professional management team in place.

ASSISTED LIVING SUITES AND HEALTH CARE ROOMS:

We are delighted to welcome our two Nursing Sisters , Jean Brown and Michelle Le Roux, and their carefully selected staff of carers . Our Assisted living is open and we have welcomed our first residents. We have been so pleasantly overwhelmed by all the positive reactions and comments when visitors have seen our Assisted Living facilities .

LIFE RIGHT APARTMENTS:

Construction is moving forward at a very brisk pace. Our Life Right apartments offer services provided by nursing sisters, an emergency call system (24 hours per day) , main meal provision, shuttle trips into town, cleaning of apartment and a laundry service. As each apartment has a covered patio with direct access to the gardens, each resident will be allowed to keep a small pet. Occupancy is scheduled for end of August of this year.
