Safe and Secure
Entrance into the estate is protected by CCTV, and access is controlled by 24-hour security guards, who also routinely patrol the estate. The entire property is surrounded by tall, electrified fences. If anyone tampers with the fence, a rapid response vehicle will immediately be dispatched to the site. Where the estate borders on vacant land, the boundary is also monitored by artificial intelligence cameras that trigger an alarm and response if anyone even approaches the fence. Residents are issued with security and medical emergency panic buttons.
